Getting Things Done Takes Effort
“When it comes to getting things done, we need
fewer architects and more bricklayers.”
Colleen C. Barrett, President of Southwest Airlines
As I see it. . . . . . . .
Getting things done takes effort
Talking about it doesn’t get things done . . . . it’s just a lot of conversation with no action.
Thinking about things without action . . . . won’t go very far in getting things done. In time your thoughts without action fade away . . . . and become a distant memory.
When you have a vision with a plan . . . . and want things done your on your way to getting them done. It will also take rolling up your sleeves . . . . and hard work to getting things done.
If you want to get things done . . . . commit yourself to the activities to successfully reach your objectives. Also commit yourself to a course of action . . . . and to stay the course. When you’re committed . . . . and have a plan to get things done you won’t become distracted by the obstacles that you encounter.
Do what has to be done . . . . Make the efforts to keep you moving in the right direction . . . . and stay on course remaining focused on your desired outcome.
Getting things done takes effort . . . . commitment . . . . hard work . . . . time . . . . and patience’s. . .
