I just got an abject reminder of what the importance of quick action when you find a property which checks all of your boxes.
Timeliness is everything.
It's one of the oldest axioms in real estate," The home you saw today and are thinking about offering on tomorrow may be the same home someone else saw today and are offering on today ."
So, don't think for a second that you have a day or two to think about your offer. You may not even have an hour or two. This is true.
