Well here I am after a week of Mind blogging reading....I've realized that no matter how many ''posts' you read you're never going to catch up! Theres always going to be the one more....
Last Monday Neal Bloom asked me to do the the Week in Review and I have to tell you I was thrilled. I figured I read them all anyway....usually commented, and its not like I don't have an opinion, so how hard can it be? It was also a good way to celebrate my "one month" anniversary (yes me too! :-) Well let me tell you..........it was way way harder then you think.
I've found that there's a difference between 'reading' and 'reviewing'. I was starting to worry about who to 'showcase'. Thank goodness Neal has been great...and has checked in with me throughout the week to see how I'm doing...and he reminded me, "this is about 'your' favorites.....so don't worry"...Phew!
So, I started off by reviewing previous Weeks in Review. I also noticed that some of the Reviewers were incredibly creative. Uh oh...you mean this isn't just a review? Presentation ...wow ...pressure was back on. You know, you want to make it look good........it feels like My Portfolio on Display. And then I had an "epiphany".
I remembered, this week I was asked to join the Them Them Group ..........and it dawned on me! This Review really isn't about ME ME, (laughing).....its about "Them Them"...
So grab a cup of coffee, pull up a chair and check out which 15 Bloggers had My 'spotlight' shine on them this week!
Candis Hidalgo caught my eye with her How Not to Post a Blog and her How NOT to Post a Blog - Part 2 (Follow Up). I don't know how many of you know that Candis is an Active Rain Newbie. Not only that but this post was a 'featured post' so a high five to her! Well her post was spot on and its the one to read if you're thinking," hmm I write good blogs but no one's commenting!" "Okay, so what's the moral of this story? Whatever it is you have to say, no matter how interesting, must look like it's interesting in order for most people to read it. "

Then there was Gary Woltal and his Set the World Right with Your Smile and Connect the Dots in Real Estate. Gary consistently blogs words of hope and inspiration that never fail to touch my day in a special way! As a matter of fact I think he's adding 4 more Woltalerism's as we speak!

I loved Julie Neering's Spring Inspiration and Positive Views: ActiveRain Showers Bring 100,000 Flowers -which she entered for the Spring Inspiration and Positive Views Contest - ends April 14th. Julie framed hundreds of daisies around the faces of fellow Active Rainers! What a wonderful and creative tribute to our 'community'.

What can I say about Brad Carroll? Amazing! Active Rain Gives the Green Light on Customizing Activeraincustomizing.com. His 'sticktoitiveness' in designing and implementing the Active Rain Blogging Template is Amazing. As I check through the blogs its impressive how many people have already utilized his program....As a matter of fact I thought I'd better get 'with it' before I posted this Review! Thanks Brad from all of us!

Rebecca Levinson puts an interesting twist in defining our profession with If your Resume Could Talk .If you didn't know what your 'worth' was before, you will now!

"The Lovely Wife"...Broker Bryant's...Wife! - If You Think It Can't Happen To You...You'd Be Wrong About That...ROAR - Well I'm new enough on here that I don't know 'the lovely wife's' name....but I do know that she scared the living beejee's out of me with this blog about photo's and 'copyright's.' Its a must read....hmm I hope its ok I'm using all ya peoples photos here? :-)

Mirela Monte - Professional Responsibility... It's Not Just Rhetoric - A lesson on 'professionalism' (or lack of) from her native Romainia. Mirela makes us pause and reflect on just what kind of a 'lifelong' impact we as Realtors can make in the lives of our clients. While you're there, check out her newest blog Divorce and Real Estate - and the invitation to join her newly formed group "The Divorce Realtor - Yesterday Today and Tomorrow." Sad to say a good Divorce Realtor can be as handy as a good Divorce Lawyer!

I'm always hooked by Chuck Willman's and his blogs. Each one has a 'hook' for me. Blogging Like a Typist- Minimalism at its Best, brought back memories of the tip tap of typing on my trusty Smith Corona - Now I have an Underwood sitting on a cabinet at the office, as a nostalgic reminder of 'the good ole days! And since you'll be there anyhow pop over 105 Ways to Improve Your Website- Whittled Down to Six - then go back and check out your website and see how it rates!

Besides being cute, he's smart too! Check out Frank Llosa as he unveils his FranklyMLS.com Launch: World's First Wiki MLS. The World's first Mls.Wiki could be Real Estate's most cutting edge innovation. Its the Buyer's Agents turn to leave his 'footprint' on the listing descriptions - here Realtors come together to ADD information and photo albums to listings they visit making them a tad more....ummm....objective? Check it out!

Klarque Garrison - 20,000 Points and Counting - Klarque this is for the unqiue photo, spelling of your name....reaching 20,000 points...AND because when you wrote about how hard it is to be 'featured' I thought.......hmm this week I have a magic wand!
Proof is in the Pudding as Patricia Kennedy demonstrates in her moving story about Playing from the Heart Proof that when you play from the heart, whether it be music, or selling Real Estate people 'know' if you're being Authentic! I forgot to mention that it was while reading Karen Anne Stone's Blog that I first heard about Pat's special Blog!

I'm thinking Andrew J. Lenza doesn't need the extra traffic...but I figured who hasn't lost a referral and wondered why? Well his Lost a Referral? Just Remember That We're More Fish Than Ape explains it all in Perfect Detail! Darwin beware!
I was reading Katerina Gasset's blog below where I discovered Lola Audu. Wow - I can't believe I've never run across a blog of hers yet! Just goes to show how much there is out there! "Addictions" is the topic she shared with us this week -and It was a real 'eye opener'....the list was comprehensive with linking mirrors! Yikes...

Katerina Gasset's blogs are always amazing as with her latest 'major milestone' she shares "The Journey of 200,00 Points Begins With a Single Post". Katerina talks about the moments of anticipation as a New Blogger and takes us through her journey of 'rocky turbulence, calmed by peaceful bliss and moments of deep thought and encouragement'......the world that Active Rain has opened up for her.

And then...there's Bo Hunt - Reading Bo's Working through credit "Surprises" reminded me of what a 'bad rap' some mortgage brokers get - not only is he a 'credit' to his industry and a gem to his clients, but he's a wonderful writer with a true appreciation for what it takes to be 'passionate' about life - you can witness for yourself by savoring 'Passion'.
Well...thththat's it folks, for this week! Until we meet again...

Billie - The Lovely Wife, Broker Bryant's Wife, TLW: Wow! You're too cute....well there's crap...and then there's Crap', so if you're going to 'post' it... You'd better make it entertaining! And you do!! do...um right.

Now... To be told I do something with 'character' is way at the top of my list - so Thank you! Its nice when you have a venue where you can let your 'light' shine through.....Hmmm as for the sun-glasses... I'll have to go check out my 'sun-glass' drawer....and make sure I'm prepared so you're prepared, Next Time! :-))

Hello Liz...At Bo's suggestion, I came to "discover" you for myself. You seem to have done an excellent job with your week in review. There are several posts I haven't had a chance to read but will now at your recommendation.

Hi Liz-well I was doing pretty good with your review...I got a laugh from your commentary, then a smile when I realized I'd read most of the Posts....then you got way down on the list, and nope hadn't seen them.
I also enjoyed seeing TLW out and playing....don't see her much anymore.
