Nottingham NH lakeToday we helped good friends and fellow ActiveRain blogger Judy and Mike Tuscano move into their new home.

It ended up being a great day weather wise as the fore casted rain held off. Moving in the rain would not have been fun.

Mike and Judy will be living lakeside on Pawtuckaway lake.

At one point I took a break and walked down to the waters edge. There is still ice floating in the lake but I could just imagine what a few weeks will bring.

Pawtuckaway lake is pretty popular with nearly 1000 acres. Monika and I have enjoyed kayaking the lake in the past and are pretty excited to be friends with someone living on the lake. LOL... We hope they don't mind us visiting often.

I took this little film of a Babbling Brook right out side Mike and Judy's back door...just listing to it makes me feel totally relaxed. Can you imagine listening to this everyday or a at night while sleeping?

Priceless...

Jay - I would LOVE to have that little brook outside to listen to at night. It would be like camping all the time! I really like yours and Monika's new blog look. I got my colors changed, but can't do my banner. I'll give it another shot tomorrow.

I just hope Judy and Mike give us our own parking spot! It is a very pretty spot on the lake.

Linda, Jeff Turner has a great video tutorial on how to edit your header image and background images. I learned a lot by watching it a few times.

George, I noticed I am not in as good a shape as I would like to. Not getting any younger I guess.

Sox and Yanks split his weekend so far.

GO SOX!

Wow Jay!  Seeing that video of 'Babbling Brook' brought some nostalgic feelings for me.  I grew up around such wonderful areas.  Relaxing?  Heck yeah!  Judy and Mike are lucky to have that right outside their back door.  I agree with you, it IS priceless.

I could sleep with that every night. Did you say it was that close to their door?

Jason, it sure does sound great but in the summer I am sure it will dry up.

Missy, it sure is, just outside their bedroom window and it sure does sound wonderful.
