Keller Williams Camp 4:4:3

One of my favorite classes to teach is Camp 4:4:3.  It is a great set of classes to learn the basic fundamentals of real estate.  The series of classes takes an agent from learning the mindset to succeed, to working with buyers and sellers, and finally to lead generation. 

I have found that the most important part of the whole series seems to be the mindset portion.  If an agent does not get the right mindset right from the beginning, then everything else may be wasted.  If an agent can start with the right outlook, then everything else has a better chance of falling in place.

I think that all agents who come to Keller Williams, whether new or experienced, should go through 4:4:3.  Even an experienced agent will profit from the return to fundamentals.
