Keep in Touch with Past Clients

Oops, did you see I used that evil phrase Past Clients? Never use that word. Call them Clients. I spoke to a Client who last worked with us in 2008. We had 'kept in touch' over the years with monthly emails, periodic mailings, a hand-written note once or twice and quarterly calls. He said that if he treated his Past Clients the way we treat ours, his profits would be double.

Time Management No Shows

So...we have clients who say they have Time Management issues and they signed up for our Time Management Challenge. But they forgot to show up for the conference call. Duh. Enjoy some Time Management photos from clients HERE. Send me yours. Even if you’re not a client, I’d love to see them.

Lead doing $2M GCI - Could be $3-4M GCI

I recently spoke to a top agent in high-priced area doing $2M. He is a hunter. In 30 minutes, we agreed he could/should be doing $3-4M just by working Client/SOI more and working Seller leads generated from door knocking. Crazy numbers - only 20% Client/SOI repeat/referral, easily another $500k-$1M. He has three agents door knock for 10 hours per week in 30,000 home farm and they Meet Live about 100 people per week and get 3 warm seller leads 1-6 months out. But they do not manage those 100 leads or follow-up with ANY calling or mailing. Crazy crazy. Another $500k-$1M there. By the way, door knocking totally works and you could hire people to do it consistently and we can manage the system.

P.S.  Imagine XXX flexes muscle and spend time seeding the block chain with small transactions so that we all accept "dust" as normal course of business and mapping BTC landscape. Now they start dusting rapidly and increase contention, bad blocks, orphan chains causing problems for mines and pools. The block chain begins to fracture with separate orphan chains appearing in different places, a lot of unsettled transactions and increasing confusion and loss of trust in the block chain. Does anyone know what I am talking about?
