Do you remember Taste Addison? The weekend event was an annual ritual, with local restaurants providing bite-size samples of some of their special dishes. Taste Addison is gone, but not forgotten.
In its place is Fork & Cork, a two-day gourmet gathering that brings together celebrated chefs and unique breweries, wineries and spirit makers. Touted as a destination for those who enjoy food as entertainment, F&C spotlights regional chef-driven establishments and guests who enjoy other special culinary-minded endeavors.
This year's Fork & Cork is slated for May 15-16, 2015 in Addison Circle Park.
Tickets for Friday evening (6:00 pm - 11:00 pm) are $65 per person and give you an all-inclusive pass for food and beverage pairing samples (see list of participating restaurants below in the Saturday section). Full size beverages are available for purchase. Included in this Epicurious Ticket are:
