Do you set goals for yourself? Do you give yourself rewards when you reach your goals?
Every week i meet with the office manager to go over files, set goals and also view my stats in Lane county. For last quarter I was number 18 out of 400 agents in our area. Some of those agents have buyers agents too. I was encouraged, but also discouraged as my last pending was on the board for the month.
Ok we said here are my goals this week!
Get 2 transactions pending & get another new listing.
The day is not over and I have one new accepted offer, and one listing that we are countering on. So I am close to my goal. Then I got a call back today and I beat out 4 other realtors, and got a new listing which we are signing tomorrow. On that appointment I presented what I do, and the service I provide. Plus I wrote a note when I got back to the office and snail mailed it to them.
Simple things, following through and setting goals. That is what I do. It helps me be successful. What do you do to be your best?
