6 homes sold in Entrada during April 2015
1 home sold for between $250,000-$350,000
1 home sold for between $350,000-$450,000
3 homes sold for between $550,000-$650,000
1 home sold for between $650,000-$750,000
There are also custom homes being built in Entrada and often times those sales are not reported to the mls.
There were 85 homes for sale in the Entrada area during April 2015 which is 3 more than 2014. Seventy two of the homes for sale were priced over $500,000.
Number of sales in Entrada at Snow Canyon for April 2015 was up slightly from April 2014 when 5 homes sold.
Based on the sales prices disclosed on the mls, average sales price for a home in Entrada during April 2015 was $524,172 which is up 8.70% from April 2014 when the average sales price was $482,200.
In April 2015, homes in Entrada sold for 93% of their original listed price.
