Haiku Maui - Kalakupua Playground could use your help
The well known playground at Giggle Hill, off Kokomo Road, could use some volunteer help to get the playground open again. Bring your tools, ladders, pails, shovels and rakes, and lunch will be provided. Please join the fun on the following Saturdays between 9 am - 1 pm:
- May 16
- May 30
- June 20
This is a community work project of the Haiku Community Association, and these workdays are sponsored by:
- Haleakala Bike Company
- North Shore Zipline
- Aloha Aina Center
And if you like to eat, you can also benefit the park by dining at Flatbread in Paia on May 26th, from 4-9 pm and part of the proceeds will be donated to this project.
