Louisiana Panfish

3 cups of buttormik

4 oz. of Louisiana Hot Sauce

30 panfish fillets

3/4 tsp. salt

3/4 tep. pepper

1 1/2 T, Creole seasoning

3 cups yellow cornmeal

 

Mix the buttermilk and the Louisiana hot sauce, Marinate the fillets in the mixture for two hours.

Then salt and pepper them.

Mix the Creole seasoning and the cornmeal together in a bag. put several of the fillets in to the bag and shake them up.

Deep fry the fillets in hot oil until golden brown.

Well Dale - Found another good sounding recipe. I bet that Louisiana Hot Sauce can add some sting and make you cry. Does the Buttermilk tone it down a little? I want to try this one.

my friend, you have been very kind to me.

It's really good.

I was raised up on very hot food's. We wood make most all of our Hot Sauce's right at home.

Buttermilk dose tone it down a little.
