 People love to say that Los Angeles has no seasons. Yet, our spring hits its peak with explosive colorful fireworks of blooms. Purple and blue are known as jacaranda mimosifolia.

Bougainvillea

Lush Bougainvillea is my favorite. It has a special place in my heart. I just love it.

Bougainvillea pops of bright color spill over the houses and streets of L.A.

Grant Schneider , to tell you the truth, it is always something blooming here. But we'll see less and less flowers in next years. Los Angeles is cutting 20% of water use in next 3 years, some areas up to 40%. They say, we have the worst drought in 1,200 years! :(((

We do complain about it a lot, but no one wants to leave this sunny place. People are coming here from all the states and countries,  and ....driving housing prices even higher.
