Brentwood East of I-65 had 52 homes close in April, remaining strongly consistent compared to 51 in March. This month saw an uptick in closings in the subdivisions Woodlands at Copperstone, Brenthaven, and Annandale in Brentwood. Continuing a quick turnaround time, April showed strong sales reflected in an average of 72 days on market. This was down slightly from 75 in March and 85 in February. Closings are expected to remain strong in the coming months in Brentwoood.
