There were 10 unit sales in April. This is up 25.0% from 8 in April of 2014. Sales/list price ratio in April moved up to 97.6% from 94.9% in March. 

Median price in April was $1,212,000. This is down 20.3% from $1,521,413 in April of 2014. 3-month median price of $1,043,000 in April was very slightly up from $1,005,000 in March but down moderately from $1,525,000 in April of 2014. Price per square foot in April was $574. This is up from $506 in March and up from $562 in April of 2014. 

Inventory of 99 in April was up 5.3% from 94 in March and up 5.3% from 94 in April of 2014. New listings of 26 in April were down somewhat from 35 in March and down considerably from 34 in April of 2014. Months of supply of 6.9 in April was up just slightly from 6.6 in March but down marginally from 7.2 in April of 2014. On a year-over-year basis, months of supply has been rising for 4 months. This is the highest months of supply has been since July, 2014. 

Days on market of 115 in April was down a little from 117 in March but up substantially from 60 in April of 2014.
