Glen Ellyn home sales for the month of April decreased in volume by 5.1% when compared to last year, while the median sale price rose by 5% from $345,100 to $362,500. The number of Single Family homes sales decreased by 4.8%, while the median sale price rose by 5% from $400,000 to $420,000. Condo/townhome sales decreased by 5.9%, while the median sale price rose by 44.7% from $109,000 to $157,750.
