This comming week is the Luxury Real Estate Spring Retreat in San Diego! 

Just wondering if anyone else that participates at Active Rain is going??

From what I can see on the itinerary it looks like it will be an informative meeting.  I am planning on attending the sessions on "Cross Border Marketing" by Donald Pearson,  Sotheby's International Realty and also the session on "The Real Estate of Real Estate" by Stephanie Ahlberg from Hill & Company.  After that I will be participating in the technology round table "What's Hot and What's Not" with the following:

I like the concept that they have a Referrals Roundtable Discussion - We are always interested in working with other agents referrals!!!

Then Thursday afternoon I plan on attending the session on "Starting a Referral/Relocation Division" by Marie Montchal, Sotheby's International Realty and "Best Practices" by Allison Harvey from Arizona's Best Properties.

On Friday I plan on atteding the "Integrating Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate and LuxuryRealEstate.com Into Your Business" by Meghan Barry of LuxuryRealEstate.com and "Using Technology & the Internet to Enhance the Customer Esperience" by Scott Lawrence or Alain Pinel Realtors.

The last session of the Conference is by Kaira Sturdivant Rouda or Real Living, Inc. titled "Real Marketing for Today's Consumer"  this should be good as well.  Real Living was one of the first large Regional Brokerages to accept that print advertising was not the future of real estate and they started early to channel their advertising dollars into building an Internet presence.
