The Olympus Condos were built in 1974 and are located in the City of Alexandria. The building is situated off Stevenson Avenue which is minutes to 395, 95, 495, and Duke Street. The Olympus is filled with amenities for its residents including; 24 hour security, onsite concierge, outdoor swimming pool, hot tub and sauna, exercise room, tennis courts, party room, and extra storage. The condos at Olympus range from 1 bedroom/1 bath to 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Some units sell with garage parking while others have onsite outdoor parking. All of the utilities are included in the condo fee. Van Dorn metro station (blue line) is within walking distance of The Olympus and there is a bus stop directly in front of the building. Residents can walk to local grocery stores or take a 10 minute car ride to Old Town Alexandria for unique shopping, an extensive choice of restaurants or a stroll around the waterfront.
