When you contact a Real Estate Agent or Broker through one of the many online real estate websites, unless you enter into a Buyer’s Brokerage Agreement, or an agent offers a NYS Disclosure Form for Buyer and Seller indicating that the agent is representing you as “The Buyer” the agent you’ve contacted, their broker, the listing agent and the listing broker are all working solely in the “best interest of the seller.” That means you’ll pay a Higher Purchase Price with Less Favorable Terms.
