Calgary Luxury Community: Elboya
The south west community of Elboya is an inner-city community just 4 km south of downtown Calgary. It is situated between Macleod Trail and Elbow Dr SW to the east and west, and 50 Ave SW and the Elbow River. Although annexed by the city in 1910, this land was developed only until after WWII. The original homes in this highly sought after neighborhood are quickly being replaced by multi-million dollar homes.
