Waterfront Homes For Sale in Hernando Beach Florida May 2015
Average and median list prices increased compared to last month due to fluctuations in inventory.
Compared to May 2014, average and median list prices fluctuated only slightly.
The number of home sales in Hernando Beach has been increasing.
Home prices in Hernando Beach are stabilizing.
Currently, there are 19 homes under contract in Hernando Beach. Seven of these are under contract with contingencies, the other twelve are pending sales.
