Hernando Beach Florida Waterfront Home Sales April 2015

Hernando Beach waterfront home sales continued to be strong in April 2014.
Fifteen homes closed, an increase of 50% from the previous month.
Compared to April 2014, 150% more homes sold in April 2015.
Inventory of available waterfront homes decreased in May 2015 from last month.
Current inventory of homes for sale in Hernando Beach is 28% lower than in May of last year.

Waterfront Homes For Sale in Hernando Beach Florida May 2015

Average and median list prices increased compared to last month due to fluctuations in inventory.

Compared to May 2014, average and median list prices fluctuated only slightly.

The number of home sales in Hernando Beach has been increasing.

Home prices in Hernando Beach are stabilizing.

Hernando Beach Waterfront Homes for Sale May 2015

Currently, there are 19 homes under contract in Hernando Beach. Seven of these are under contract with contingencies, the other twelve are pending sales.

Great post! I am shocked at the price of your waterfront, tho. I am in the Annapolis area where you cannot touch a piece of junk on the water for under 275,000. If it is at all decent, then it around the million mark which means it is only for the rich.
