Our company is getting ready to do an Open House Extravaganza May 30 - 31 and June 6 - 7.
I am trying to come up with some very unusual ideas that will set my properties apart and draw more attention.
You are the experts and I has hoped that you would share some of your ideas. I want this to be the most successful Open Houses in the area.
One local agent provides a drawing of the cards that are left in the home. YOu have to get in with your Lock box key pad and leave a care. This goes on from abotu 9 to 12. After that time, the cards and picked up and you may will $100 if your name is drawn.
