Hi Joni, Ok to call you that? Another wonderful local post. I see you did some great tweaking of the customization. I finished mine today. My background picture is a brain with electrical neurons going out. I thought that was appropriate but unfortunately, just little blue streaks appear and it seems to look OK. Check it out. I have a post to finish but it is taking me a bit longer and it is too late to post it tonight. It will disappear quickly with all the bloggers we have on here. It is called " Making Sense and Sensibilities of our Real Estate Markets". It is based on a recent poll that I read that is more of the same crap we keep seeing and I am trying to be respectable about my opinions of what the pollsters are concluding. It is taking me a lot longer than I had hoped,LOL. I wish I could learn to write shorter posts, lol

Hi William..Thanks for stopping by. I was getting lonely over here ! I saw your "new look" it looks great. I had 2 different backgrounds I wanted to try but they wouldn't load so I emailed a Help. Hi Joni, I noticed that. My blog has been down all day and I can not even use BlogJet. It is joined at the hip to mt site and it will not keep all my work today. I had to compose off site because all my edits were lost. I hope to load back up in the morning and post to ActiveRain. 80,000 plus thousand and only 800+ on tonight. Nothing on TV that I know of. Maybe people are working all the new leads coming in, :-) Our market is picking up a lot the last few weeks. I had another closing today and presented an offer on another listing -all cash. The Buyer asked me to represent both sides and the seller says they agree.  Where do people get all this money?

Hi -- I want to go to camp!  Think they will let me in!  I am going to have to give you call to find out how you did your beautiful customization.  Until then, back to the taxes.

Hey joan...I played with that new customization tool and at the same time I kept Margaet Woda's and Jeff Turner's posts minimized so I could refer back. It was fun!!

My son tells me he is ready to try an over night camp.  I'm just not so sure my wife and I are ready for that!  I think were going to stick with the community sports for the time being.  Great resource post Joan!

Hi Bill...My sons first overnite was through an Eco group in school (I think he was 10) we had to pick him up after 3 days not because he was homesick...but he was constipated! LOL The minute he got home to his own bathroom...he was fine! We had really good luck with 4-H camps. They have theme weeks(swimming, archery, photography, riflery etc.) He loved those and we managed to send him to two weeks..outside of that it was strictly day camp(at the YMCA)

Thanks for the compliment!
