What's My Pioneer Place Home Worth May 2015 Delta, CO
There hasn't been a lot of real estate sales in Pioneer Place over the last year and a half. To determine a value, we want to look at past sold properties. So far this year, no homes have sold in your neighborhood. In 2014 two homes sold. We also want to look at the homes on the market and you want to be competitively priced with the listings.
Here's a look at the current listings:
- There are two properties listed.
- Prices are $69,950 and $155,000.
- Both are manufactured homes and the lowest priced listing is a short sale and it's under contract.
Sold information since 2014:
- As I stated...no homes have sold so far in 2015.
- In 2014 two homes sold. Those sold for $137,192 and $154,000. Both homes are stick built homes.
The average days on market for the sold properties is 60. That's a pretty good average for a home listed in Delta in 2014. The market is showing substantial improvement already this year compared to last year. Sales for the first quarter of 2015 are up 36% compared to this time last year. The inventory is extremely low and buyer activity is very high. What this means is that NOW is a great time to list your Pioneer Place home.
I think 2015 is going to be the year the Delta County real estate market wakes up.
