Dove Canyon is one of the most desireable places to live in Southern California. While home prices are still pretty high in relation to many parts of the country, they have come down substanially here over the last year.

There are currently 39 Homes listed for sale in Dove Canyon. The price per square foot asking prices range from $239 to $416.

Since November of 07 until today, April 13th. 2008, there have been 12 reported homes sold. The range for price per square foot for sold homes in Dove, is $248 to $404.

Homes sold in that time frame ranged from 2,400 sq.ft to 4,300 sq.ft.
