Today.... I feel like a REALTOR!

Sometimes I have those days where I doubt I'm doing anything and question the effectiveness of what I do, etc etc. 

Then I'll have a day like today, where I feel like I'm working and doing my job and earning some money!

Why do I feel that way today?

In the last 48 hours....

  • I got my crazy short sale acceptance notice (yeah it came in on friday apparently but the agent got it to me yesterday).  That'll close the 25th.
  • I got notice one of our new-builds will be completed early... like the 23rd. (and when they close, I get to list their home!)
  • I spent from 10:30am to 6pm today showing homes to 2 clients.  (and as part of such, went up/down 14 flights of stairs!)
  • I wrote 1 offer, to close May 5th.
  • The other clients had a second showing (and it's my listing!) and brought both sets of parents and it passed muster - so they're working on pulling a contrac together on it.

Whew!!!

Lanette - Thanks!  Lately the plans have all been falling apart, so I'm doubly glad they're coming together!

John - I've learned my lesson this time - I'm treating myself to a better savings account so I get to eat during the next slow period!
