This was one of them.  It was a "fixer upper" and I honestly expected it to linger on the market for weeks if not months.  But sometimes the right person sees our on line marketing and shows up ready to buy.  That's what happened this time.

Doesn't it always feel good to get a sale into escrow.  You are right Tammy Lankford .  I have one listing that I thought would take time to sell, it didn't.  Have 2 other listings that I thought would sell fast, they didn't!

Great job!!!  I have given up on guessing which listing will sell quickly, as I am always surprised as well.  Sometimes I think the listing will be tough to sell, but then it gets multiple offers within a week, haha.
