Nothing helps real estate agents, brokers more selling properties than experience with those niche listings.

Farm properties, rural real estate and just land for sale in Maine is a big part of our operation. Not just cute capes, rambling ranches, very Victorian Queen Anne houses. Hopping onto the MLS conveyor belt for the home cakewalk down the runway for all to ooh and aah.maine farm land fields photo

The afternoon of Memorial Day suddenly was spent driving green and yellow, a diesel four wheel drive.

Growing up on a Maine farm and owning one meant it was just second nature.

Inbred as a child working with three older brothers, a mom and a dad on a patch of family dirt.

Farming in Maine, anywhere gets in your veins and runs deep.

Heck back in the 1930's forty percent of us were farmers. Before the 1900's over ninety percent were in the noble professions.

Three times a day and more, pretty essential habit to feed yourself if there is any food to feast on.

To place on the family table to be grateful for and stop those gurgling stomach sounds of hunger.

Ever thought of taking off the dress shirt, coat and tie?

Slipping off the wing tip office shoes and not worrying about the Easy Pass transponder or money for the tolls rushing to work mornings? On a Maine farm, you get to work well before nine as BTO sang.

Hi Andrew.  Working from can to can't gives you credibility when selling farms.

Conrad Allen ... Great exercise too and time to ponder as you enjoy the vista from the seat after hopping off to move a few rocks. That you know will wreak havoc with the planter, other equipment throughout the farm year if you don't. Farming, if you break even you had a good year. Gives you a completely different approach to living. What's important. Great for kids too!

My uncles and grandfather had farms in NH and Vermont.  I worked them during summers for a few years.  It gives you a different perspective.  All three had full time jobs plus the farms.

Roy Kelley ... Red rover red rover, send them er.... up and over.

Joe Petrowsky ... Work ethic... kids learning how to work, the satisfaction of a job well done. Neat to see older brother in the video shepherding the younger one to keep on task... to come pick in this section.
