WILLOW PONDS Development

Willow Ponds is a  newer PUD(Planned Unit Development) located in Hood River on 20 acres just west of town. In the Willow Ponds neighborhood  about 30% of the land is designated to open space. There are views of both Mt. Hood and Mt. Adams, as well as the gorge hills of Washington & Oregon, and natural wetlands. There are no curbs and sidewalks in Willow Ponds whidh give it a natural, more rural feeling setting.  Homes are specifically designed and suited to each site with many custom upgrades and features.  There are four planned phases in the Willow Ponds development.
