2014 Palos Verdes homes sales for the Los Verdes neighborhood decreased to 36 compared to 48 in 2013.  Price per square foot for Los Verdes houses that sold in 2014 increased to $512 compared from $504 in 2013, a 1.6% increase.  Average sales price for Los Verdes homes sold in 2014 was $1,083,083 compared to $1,060,242 in 2013.  The most expensive home sold for $1,475,000 and the lowest priced home sold for $842,000.

Currently, Los Verdes has 6 active Palos Verdes homes for sale.  There are 6 single family homes ranging in price from $924,900 for a 3 bedroom/2 bath, 1,460 square foot home, to $2,775,000 for a 5 bedroom/6 bath, 3,986 square foot home. There are no condo/townhomes for sale in this area.
