As realtors, we get several statistics and “Top 10 Lists” from The National Association of Realtors and today one came out that hit close to home! It was exciting to see that Iredell County (North Lake Norman, Mooresville/Troutman/Statesville area) was listed as “Top 10 Markets Where It Is Best To Be A Homebuyer”- NATIONWIDE!
