Good morning Patricia. Our hearts go out to those that have lost so much, the lose of life impacts all families, as we are all connected. Your state could use a break, send the rain to states that need it at this point.

Make it a great weekend!

Joe Petrowsky - thank you. As you say, "we are all connected!" Yesterday I attended the Texas Association of REALTORS Regional Meeting. At my table sat a group of women from Texakoma. Those people by the Red River bordering Texas and Oklahoma and other swollen rivers really need a lot of help.

Good morning Patricia. I have heard that y'all have been hammered. I am sure that the folk in the western states wish they had some of that water.

Good morning Michael. If only there was a way to channel all the water and get it purified to share with the folks in California and other western states would be the best gift of all!

Loss of homes and life is the greatest challenges the people of Texas and Oklahoma are facing now. I've already lost track of the number of counties in Texas that our Governor has declared a disaster. I woke up before 2 am to flashes of lightening dancing across my bed and the pounding of rain upon my roof.

My thoughts and prayers are with the families who have lost so much.

You should blog about the importance of having flood insurance.
