This is the Cherokee Legend of two wolves that fight each other. It is told by a grandfather to his grandson to help teach him about life. Each wolf represents an aspects of ourselves, simply put one that represents our negative ego and one the represents our higher-enlightened self.
One wolf focuses on anger, greed, jealously, resentment, judgment, lies, false pride, self-pity, regret, and inferiority.
The other wolf focuses on joy, peace, love, faith, empathy, compassion, kindness, truth, generosity, humility, serenity, benevolence.
