The world of politics took a tragic turn this morning with the announcement of the death of Beau Biden, 46, from brain cancer. Beau was the son of Vice President Joe Biden.
Beau Biden served as Deleware Attorney General for two terms and was a veteran of the Iraq conflict as an officer in the Deleware Army National Guard.
In preparation for this article I reviewed some news footage of Beau and his father, Joe Biden. It appears that Mr Biden and his son were very close friends as well as family.
Beau is survived by his wife and two children,
My thoughts are with his extended family this day in recognition of the tragic loss of this young man who was a father, son, brother and husband.
