After this fiasco, You want to work w/ me again???

Gosh, Jess, I really don’t know what to say. I really can’t afford to lose your sale. But neither can I afford to go through the process with you again. I have spent much more time with you than I do with the average buyer. (There really is no average buyer—but that is another story.)

You questioned every single step in the process.

You were rude to me more than once.

You kept threatening to pull out of the deal.

You did not respect my opinion on anything.

You were completely unreasonable about the building inspection issues.

You never made a timely response to any question or paperwork that I sent you.

I just can’t believe that you will be more reasonable on the next building inspection.

I really like you and  I definitely wish you all the best luck. However, I will never get past the fact that I believe that you have made a terrible mistake in passing up 6060 XXXXX Park. I think it would be best if you get a fresh start with a new agent. Zeta

Great letter.

Sometimes a sale or listing is just not worth the stress, drama and expense.

I deal with all kinds of buyers and sellers. It gives me immense satisfaction to do a good job for people. The process is very stressful for buyers and sellers. Everything is new for first time buyers. It is exciting to help people find a house or find a buyer for a house. I was very disappointed that this buyer was so skeptical and untrusting. I suggested bringing her parents and boyfriend to see the house--one of the least expensive and sweetest houses I've ever shown. She was determined to find problems and be unhappy.

Hi Zeta, I have a colleague who has been working with someone for so long, that the client can now almost be considered another member of her family.  Same issues of questioning everything, cancelling contracts, etc.
