If you love strawberries and Strawberry Shortcake, the Strawberry Festival On June 10th At St. Mary’s Church Middletown, CT is the place to be. Connecticut has excellent locally grown strawberries, and I can never get enough of them, so I plan on having my fill at the St. Mary's Strawberry Festival.
The St. Mary of Czestochowa Parish Ladies Guild will be sponsoring the Strawberry Festival on Tuesday, June 10 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the parish hall, at 79 South Main Street, Middletown, CT. The Strawberry Festival will feature Strawberry Shortcake with native Connecticut strawberries, and real whipped cream on a shortcake biscuit. The Strawberry Shortcake will be available in two sizes, large and small.
