The Steamboat Pilot reported 18 Steamboat Springs real estate transactions this past week with a dollar volume of $8,489,150.  9 of those Steamboat area real estate sales were single family homes, 7 were condo/townhomes, 2 were lot/land, and there were no closed commercial/industrial sales.

Concurrently, the Steamboat Springs Board of Realtors MLS reported 169 pending Steamboat Springs area real estate sales.  Pending sales list price dollar volume is $86,611,291 with the average pending sale list price $512,492 and the median $352,500.

8% of current pending sales have a list price over $1 million, 4% are listed between $999,999 and $800,000, 11% are between $799,999 and $600,000, 21% are between $599k and $400,000, 16% are pending with a list price in the $300,000s and 40% are pending below $300,000.                                                  40% of reported pending sales are single family homes, 41% are condo/townhomes, 9% are lot/land pending sales, 7% are commercial/industrial and 2% of Steamboat Springs pending sales are fractional sales.
