Yesterday was a happy day for both the seller and the buyers when 3507 Murdock Road in Kensington was sold! The seller is a wonderful doctor in the military who has been stationed outside the DC metro area for several years and the buyers were first time homebuyers, excited about finding that perfect home to raise their family. These are the days that make real estate a lot of fun! After the closing the buyers and their agent and the seller and I sat around the table and talked for another fifteen minutes about the house and its renovations over the years, the neighbors, and the helpful hints that a kind seller will share with the new buyer – like trash pick up day and where to get parking permits!
