Legacy Oaks is an active adult community in Warrington Bucks county Pa.

I looked up the mls this morning and found one active listing. It is a 2 bedroom home with a basement and is listed for $399,000.

There is one home pending . It was listed for $389,900. One home sold in last six months. It was an Argyle model . It sold for $384,000.
