Another Skeleton in an Ann Arbor Home For Sale

If you have been watching real estate news for over a year you probably ran across our association press release titled Buyer Beware: Skeletons in the Closet and Aliens in the Basement" that talked about some fo the weird things we see when we are out evaluating homes with home buyers.

Well, I was out last week and was greated by this in a local living room:

It gave the buyer a start and it scared me. Why would a seller leave this in a vacant home?
