Good morning!
I hope that you have all been doing great and haven't had the flooding that we have had here in Texas. After so much drought it has been catastrophic for many areas. We do need the rain but I am glad that there is sunshine for the last few and next few days.
I have finished the North Richland Hills market update for May of 2015. It has been a pretty busy first quarter and now well into the second the market has been heating up as well. We are seeing multiple offers within a few days on the market for listings. North Richland Hills' inventory has gone up also which is great news since we had low inventory the last few months.
North Richland Hills Home Prices
North Richland Hills Listed Home Prices in May 2015 were at an average of $239,666 with an overall average of $104.08 per sq ft.
109 homes came on the market in May.
We also have increased again a little in our inventory of homes here in NRH in May with 1.9 months of inventory, up from 1.5 months in April 2015. This is a good thing! It means there are more homes on the market as the weather has warmed up.
There are currently (as of June 2, 2015) 98 homes listed for sale in North Richland Hills.
New Construction/ New Developments
There are several new home communities coming or are in development in North Richland Hills!
