Good morning and welcome to Beverly Hills Real Estate blog.

Monday morning again.  Today promises to be much cooler.  That's good as they are predicting   about 80 for downtown Los Angeles.  We're starting off a whole new week which promises to be a good one.

We are reading in the LA Times that the Beverly Hills Police will be installing cameras to help curb the speeding drivers situation.  Now that we're old (talking about me) I think that's a great idea.  We have found that in our neighborhood and surrounding areas many residents have rallied the local government to install speed bumps.  That's one of the drawbacks of living in a popular area; having todeal with increased traffic.

Retail sales posted a modest gain after February's big drop.  The market is somewhat flat this morning.  Tiger Woods does not win The Masters! Trevor Immelmen does by three, Tiger finishes second.

The Lakers are in the cat-bird seat for the NBA Playoffs.  If they defeat thr Kings on Tuesday they'll be first in their division.

Open House attendance continues to increase on a weekly basis which is a signal there is interest in this market.  Couple that with an increase in mortgage applications and it appears we're heading out of the woods.

It looks like change for the good is in the air regarding the real estate market particularly on the Westside of LA.  Again, we serve: Serving - Los Angeles area including Westside, Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades, Brentwood, Malibu, Marina Del Rey, Venice, Mar Vista, Palms, Culver City, Century City, Beach Cities,  West Hollywood, West Los Angeles,  Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Playa Del Rey, Playa Vista and beyond. . .
