Noah Seidenberg - These are highly desirable because there are two of them. As Joe Petrowsky points out, you can use one for yourself and rent the other one out, rent both, or use both. These only sell for less because the tenure is "leasehold" (not fee simple), Elizabeth Weintraub Sacramento Real Estate Agent, Top 1% of Lyon Agents .
