Nothing works all the time and everything works some of the time.
Yesterday I held an Impromptu Open House
It was a lucky day.
My impromptu open was scheduled for only one hour 3-4 PM.
It was a really long hour... when I locked up at 7 PM ....there had been five showings.

I do this quite often on vacant home listings. My company, Progressive Realty Corporation, is virtual (no bricks and mortar offices in Boise, Idaho); so I do a lot of open houses on my vacant home listings. Why work out of my house with no walk in traffic, when I can do an impromptu open house for one of my sellers?
