I attended a Tom Ferry event in April and signed up for coaching. I normally resist signing up for products at events but I decided to go with my gut and take a leap.
They matched me up with a really great coach. We get along pretty well and she's learning who I am and how I operate. But what I've had the hardest trouble with is not re-designing their systems my way. I am a control person and it's very natural for me to take over and work things out my own way.
I have to keep telling myself that I signed up to do things THEIR way because I need to learn something new, not take it and make it back into something that I find comfortable.
