Poured a Little Bit of Concrete

I found a Ready-Mix Concrete site in North Highlands yesterday called All-Star Rents. They are an equipomanet rental business but also has ready-mix concrete that you can haul in their buggy. I just needed one load so I was back quickly.

While waiting to be checked out I noticed the license plate on the trailer, it was covered with concrete. No it wasn't me, it had been from years of concrete splashing from others. It has so much on it that the numbers could not be identified.

Good morning Tom. I like this. Who knew, certainly not me, that you could rent some concrete truck.

I knew about the concrete hauling but just like renting a car isn't it the responsibility of the concrete owner to make sure his buggies are operational which includes a license plate?

That license plate makes a nice patch.  That way there is no splatter as the wheel turns on a wet street.

Haha, I would agree with Roger D. Mucci as it seems like the cops would want a legible license plate on it.

Tom, I have seen some of those one load concrete mixes. I actually thought about doing that myself.

It looks like those work horse pieces of equipment have paid their dues over the years.

Good morning Tom. I was never a huge fan of pouring concrete. Dirty, nasty work.

I am surprised that the rental business has not done anything to correct thing, I am certain the license plate needs to be visible.
