The sale of a property I was representing in the Happy Hollow Hills subdivision of Omaha at 1636 S 98 St closed and the buyer was represented by Bill Nolan.
It takes more than comprehensive marketing and outstanding service to sell a home. It also requires a competent agent on the other side of the sale. Bill did a great job. If it were not for good agents like Bill, I wouldn't be able to sell over 50 homes a year.
He was a pleasure to work with and I hope we can do business again.
