Today is Dog Day Afternoon Benefiting Operation Kindness at Flagpole Hill

Gather up your furry friends and head to Flag Pole hill today and enjoy the festivities from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM! KLUV will be broadcasting from the event and Tasha Stevens from KRLD will emcee the morning's events.

This is the 21st year for this event that benefits Operation Kindness. Fifty vendors will have an array of pet related paraphernalia on the "Mutt Midway." I love that name! Bring your pet related questions.There will be a Train the Trainer area and an Ask the Vet area. Food trucks will be on site for those who want to picnic in the park.

If you are an animal lover and looking for a pet, there will be adoptable pets at the event.

Micro Chipping will be available during the event.

The online auction will continue until June 8. Bid on your favorite items!

Debbie Laity Thank you soooo much. Lucia knew that she was loved from the moment my daughter found her on the street. Her injuries and infections were a challenge that Lucia approached like a champ. We were her greatest cheerleaders. Our only regret is that we did not find her sooner. Give Lucky an extra big hug!
