By
Real Estate Agent with Beachfront Realty 3220434

It is official, after nine long months on the market LeBron James' Miami home is under contract.

At 16,000 sq. ft, 6 bedrooms, docks for up to two 60 foot yachts, pool, an amazing wine cellar and a two million dollar price slash it is now pending. Not going to mention who the buyer is but he just sold Alonzo Mournings home on Anchorage Way, talk about collecting expensive basketball memorabilia!

Goodness!  Who needs a 16,000 square foot home?  Even if I had the doe, I wouldn't feel compelled to buy a super-sized home like that!

Hi Rosie Moore thx for your comment. It is all relative...not many need it but the can so they do. This square footage is NOT rare around these parts, we have a cozy 32,000 sq ft place on the market right now

Now that it's gone, LeBron can better concentrate on the job at hand, lol.  It certainly is a beauty, someone got a deal.

Wow!! That's impressive!  Who wouldn't love to sell real estate in Miami? :-) I've never been there before, but perhaps I will visit Miami one of these days!

That's a beautiful home and I love the pool.  The use of the different lighting sure makes it look festive.

Good afternoon Marco. I guess I wonder how much a celebrity owner adds or distracts from the value.

Not sure how he was able to get by with only 16,000 square feet, haha.  I can't imagine ever being able to live in a home that big.

Good morning Yolanda-the purchaser is a single man believe it or not. If you have that much $$ you can afford all the maids required. I once had an 8K sq ft home and just to tend to me and my 2 dogs (and the dust) required 2 live in's. I got smart and downsized to 5K and it is 1 (household engineer-I like to call them) 3 times a week and I do the yard work

side note-I tend to be a tidy person
