Our residential real estate sales in Haywood County, NC in 2008, when compared to 2007 as of 04/13/08 are down in number 33.6% (76 fewer homes sold this year to date compared to the same period in 2007). Homes are taking a little longer to sell, with average days on market for 2008 of 160 versus an average 135 days on market for the same period in 2007.

According to our Haywood County MLS this morning, we have 1,043 homes on the market today, an increase of 47 homes on the market in one month. Lots of inventory, many choices to pick from, and great opportunities for Buyers!

  • Clyde has 130 listings.
  • Lake Junaluska has 19 listings.
