The number of active listings in Temecula (92591) increased by 4.6%from the previous month.
The median number of days active properties have been listed is 43. This is significantly shorter than the national average.
The number of sales in March dropped by 94.7% from the previous month.
When you look at the graph above, you can see that listing prices are now below the selling prices, so there is a bit of a run on some properties. This is a good thing if you want to get the most money for your property.

The other graph here is for North Temecula Inventory, note that the red bar represents distressed sales, as you can see, those are remaining low compared to a few years ago when a regular sale was the odd thing. So more standard sale homes, and less bank owned and foreclosures, this is a healthy thing for the market.
The influx of regular sales also means that homes are ingenerally better condition than the bank owned homes a few years ago was, and there is an owner to ask questions about the property, now just a lender who knows nothing and will repair nothing.
